Do you provide preventive care and wellness visits?
Yes. Preventive care may include annual physicals, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, age-appropriate screenings, immunizations, travel vaccines, and lifestyle counseling such as nutrition, exercise, and smoking cessation.
What chronic conditions do you manage?
We help manage common chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, thyroid disorders, heart disease, HIV/AIDS care, and mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety.
Can I be seen for acute or same-day concerns?
Yes. We evaluate and treat many acute concerns, including upper respiratory infections, flu, COVID-19, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal concerns, minor injuries, and common skin conditions.
Do you offer women’s, men’s, and geriatric health services?
Yes. Services may include routine gynecologic screenings, prostate health evaluations, osteoporosis screening and management, care for older adults, fall risk screening, cognitive screening, and medication or polypharmacy reviews.
What diagnostic and office services are available?
Depending on your needs, we may provide in-office labs, blood work, EKGs, blood pressure monitoring, glucose monitoring, specialist referrals, preoperative medical clearance, and hospital or post-discharge follow-up care.
